Welcome ETC Salamanca ‘17 players. We would like to announce the website that will keep all the information you may need in one place both before and during the event. We apologise for the delay and things aren't still 100% as specified but since our IT guys are doing this in their spare time we ask for your understanding. We are going to explain now the registration process.
In order to participate in any of the offered events your will have to register as users in the website with your name and email address.

CREATING A TEAM
If you're a team captain (communicated to your fellow captains at warhammer.org.uk) you can enter the registration section of the website in the game system you will be playing in. Create a team using your country name in English and from that point you will be the designated master for that team. Afterwards you will have to self-validate yourself as player on that team and validate the rest of team members as soon as they are registered.

JOINING A TEAM (players, coaches, accompanying people)
If you're a member of a team you just have to look up your team in the game system you will be playing (ask your captain to register it if you don't find it) and join it. This is important for players, coaches and any other person who is coming with the team since access to the big gaming hall will be restricted and a badge will be required. This also ensures benefits like participating in side activities in the neighboring halls, as well as free entrance and exit during all times. We expect hundreds of local assistants to the parallel events so keeping the game area isolated is very important for us. There will be occasional guided tours through the gaming area as well as big screens to follow some games in the common area.

ESC and STC (Spanish team championship)
These two competitions are open to everyone, just register yourself on the relevant section of the website. Besides the traditional ESC we will also be holding an open team championship to allow more people to share the ETC ambiance.

PAYMENTS
Once the team is complete, including accompanying people an email will be sent with the total amount, to be paid by wire transfer. You can ask any questions directly answering that email.

TOURNAMENT MANAGER
The website is the front for a tournament management system, so you're automatically registered there. It's not yet fully ready so in case it's not we will default to tourneykeeper like another years.


We will keep trying to get it better.
